T-minus 9 days…and counting!

Two years after the idea of taking on the TA challenge first arose, and, all of a sudden, we’re nearly at the start line. What seemed for so long a a distant and abstract concept is now in sharp focus, an inescapable reality. Anticipation and anxiety mount in equal measure. Training complete, bike fettled, kit procured and strategy…nebulous. What will the weather gods have in store for us? Doubts and uncertainties crowd one’s thoughts, and there is undeniably a desire to just get this show on the road. What adventures may await us? Per ardua ad Bluff! As Gene Kranz famously did not say, “failure is not an option”!
